The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics and for coordinating alliance and business partner marketing activity to include corporate branding and communications. This role interacts with executive levels within Novation, VHA, UHC and HPPI to ensure consistency in the way Novation is marketed within these organizations.
REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, MBA a plus

-3 to 7 years of marketing experience in advertising agency or corporate communications environment

-Experience in marketing communications and planning

-Strong written and verbal communications and analytical skills.

-Strong team building and management skills

-Solid knowledge and experience with the Internet.

-Health care industry related experience a plus.

-Proficiency in PC based applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
