Marketing Manager

Marketing manager will develop and fine-tune mortgage lead generation for a Nationwide Internet mortgage bank to optimize revenue and profitability growth as it relates to third party Internet vendor relationships and introduction of additional marketing channels. Marketing Manager will support departmental budgeting/forecasting and budgeted/forecasted revenue, margin and profitability goals.


Marketing Manager Major Duties & Responsibilities
Day to day management of all marketing partners/vendors
Oversee marketing and testing strategies ensuring that both are prioritized relative to company and the optimization of revenue and profitability
Ensure that all tests are analyzed thoroughly for appropriate decision making
Bring new vendors and/or channels live through appropriate technology set up, internal reporting, sales support and training
Develop appropriate internal reporting for roll up to executive management team
Identify new technologies and approaches and utilize such technologies and approaches to optimize mortgage lead acquisition
Management of website content and development
Special projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
Marketing Manager Requirements
Well-versed in key mortgage marketing metrics
Results oriented with strong Internet partner management skills
Good creative sense
Ability to communicate ideas in order to create marketing materials
Strong leadership, strategic planning, managerial, and prioritization skills
Extremely well organized, with ability to balance multiple tasks and manage time effectively
Strong analytical skills
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong work ethic
Minimum of 5 years of mortgage marketing or financial services experience preferred
