Join the Dulcinea team as the Marketing Manager and you will be responsible to direct the development of company market requirements for specific products or product lines, including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing; monitor the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace; reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans; oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify consumer/customer needs; and establish pricing strategies. Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred) in marketing or closely related field and seven to ten years of directly related experience in the food industry. Produce and consumer packaged goods and/or “value added" experience highly sought. Management experience required. Domestic and international travel may be required.
