Marketing Director

Responsible for the strategic direction of the Banks brand, image, identity and marketing efforts.

Manage the banks relationship with external partners including the Ad Agency, Graphic Design Firm, Web Development firm and other strategic partners.
Sets the strategic message for the bank and ensures all facets of marketing and advertising include the message for brand and image consistency.
Actively engages external partners in appropriate strategic and tactical discussions on marketing plans, campaigns and public relations events.
Acts as liaison to the bank's advertising agencies of record.
Coordinates the planning, production and delivery of new advertising campaigns, including TV, radio, newspaper, billboard and other media promotions to meet strategic marketing goals.
Recommends, plans, develops and executes product-oriented and image marketing programs.
Coordinates periodical Spokesperson Training sessions for Senior Management.
Develops special events to display the creativity, enthusiasm and community relations.
Oversees all marketing, advertising, public relations, research and promotional activities.
Serves on the Strategic Planning Council.
Overall responsibility for market research projects.
REQUIREMENTS
10 years marketing and/or advertising experience including developing and managing brand and image. Successful track record in developing marketing campaigns and creative initiatives contributing to the growth of the company. Experience should also include; direct mail project management, managing external partnerships with advertising, public relations and graphic design agencies.

Demonstrated ability to use analytical and creative skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
