Marketing Data & Web Analyst - Contract

Eplica Inc. is seeking a full-time marketing data & web analyst to join our San Diego based Marketing-Communications team on a contract (project) basis for four months. The position has the potential to become a full-time direct-hire position beyond the initial contract period. This position will be responsible for data mining and development / execution of measurement, analysis, and research tools to track effectiveness and ROI on traditional and web marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects in a deadline sensitive environment and is a self-starter. This role requires the ability to make strategic recommendations and carry them out with minimal supervision. The ability to partner with internal and external partners is essential to accomplishing the goals of this position. The role requires a positive team player with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities include:
·Developing client, customer, and competitive profiles for multiple divisions and branches
·Establishing ROI measurements for marketing strategies with ongoing reporting
·Management of WebTrends analysis / reporting
·Managing salary & benefits surveys for multiple divisions.
·Launch marketing and brand research to determine effective messaging and intentionally cultivate ongoing sources of feedback with clients and customers to gauge market trends.
·Evaluation of search engine optimization and opt-in tactics to assess effectiveness; monitoring of black-list / spam considerations to assure compliance in all efforts.
·Creating a competitive benchmarking plan to increase market sensitivity.

Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree
·4-6 years of relevant business analytic experience encompassing traditional and electronic marketing/communications environments.
·Strong software analytical skills, experience with WebTrends required.
·Prior experience creating ROI measurements to business initiatives.
·Strong Excel modeling skills and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
·Excellent oral, written, interpersonal & group presentation skills.
·Ability to multitask, effectively manage your time and meet deadlines.
