Marketing Coordinator (Part-time)

Seeking a dynamic person to fill the position of Marketing Coordinator. The candidate will have responsibilities with our Customer Statement department. The position requires dedication, an extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to work on a team. This position is part-time. The training will qualify this person for an eventual full-time position.



The main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Training on our proprietary system for customer statement production to selectively deliver messages, inserts and letters.

2. Provide support of data input, trial, sample, review, and creation of audit packets.

3. Conduct monthly independent audits of system and procedures providing results quarterly to home office.

4. Filing and other administrative tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS


Minimum requirements are BS degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business OR current student within one year of graduation. Education and experience with computer application programs such as database management, data query tools and spreadsheets. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficient in MSWorks, Excel and Impromptu. Experience in the Financial Industry a plus. Knowledge of Action, MortgageServ or Autopro systems would be extremely helpful.



Problem solving ability and attention to detail are critical. Ability to interpret instructions and operate independently as well as contribute in a group/team atmosphere. Good oral and written skills are necessary. Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize work to meet deadlines. Ability to remain flexible and adjust to changing work flow.
