Marketing Coordinator

Promotes managed IPA, its contracted Primary Care Physicians and Hospital by participating in community events and coordinating marketing efforts with health plan partners, employer groups, Management Company and contracted hospitals for the purpose of increasing enrollment. Will develop programs to grow and maintain membership in the IPA. Prepare marketing materials for mailings and events and maintain professional and business relationships with community organizations and health plans. Responsible for researching membership potential with existing PCPs and potential PCPs in the market area as well as market the IPA to Primary Care Physicians to affiliate with the IPA.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of two years in Managed Care with knowledge of HMO Insurance (Commercial, Senior & Medi-Cal), NCQA Credentialing guidelines and Provider Contract Negotiations experience is required. Must be fluent in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Access software systems. This position is located at Family Health Alliance in Rosemead.
