Marketing Associate

We offer a broad range of mortgage products designed to meet the needs of all borrowers.We need a talented individual to fill the role of Marketing Associate.This candidate will manage marketing and communication programs for the retail referral division supporting the company’s brand, business development and market expansion goals, as well as sales effectiveness and risk management. Provide day-to-day marketing support to the ABA (Affiliated Business Arrangement) sales team, develop new marketing programs, manage vendor relationships (printers, graphic designers and freelance writers), liaison with in-house creative services department, and help train sales staff. Also manage legal review process for marketing materials to ensure compliance with branding and legal guidelines.Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Provides day-to-day marketing support for the ABA and National Builder sales team and oversees their respective marketing programs.

Assists with launching a new ABA partner, as well as ongoing marketing maintenance.

Facilitate design and production of sales support materials for ABA originators (ie company logo for business cards, stationary; company information package; branded loan applications, etc.)

Works closely with Secondary Marketing department to promote portfolio products and coordinate new product introductions.

Where applicable, repurpose Home123 marketing pieces for ABA partners with the respective name, content, legal text and logo, including weekly new product realtor and builder flyers.

Ensures company legal and compliance approval on all marketing pieces

Serves as liaison with ABA partner’s marketing department to promote joint venture among consumer audience.

Facilitate content development, execution and maintenance of ABA web sites

Provides back-up marketing support and administrative support for Retail Referral Marketing TeamA Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications preferred, with 4 to 6 years of marketing experience.
