Position Description:
This individual leads marketing initiatives for Onmark’s members, prospects and sales team. As a core member of the home office team, this individual is a key contributor to the achievement of Onmark’s corporate, functional and business unit objectives.

Responsibilities include:
Position company, benefits and offerings to sales teams, members and prospects.
Develop, rollout and promote member offerings.
Manage monthly member e-newsletter, ongoing e-mail and direct mail communications, as well as weekly internal update email.
Develop and maintain member contact database.
Manage ongoing updates to the Onmark website.
Support on-boarding efforts for new members and groups.
Work with external agencies and consultants to produce marketing collateral and advertising materials.
Manage inventory of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Partner with other functional teams (including Physician Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Clinical and IT) on joint opportunities.
Provide regular reports of project/program status and results.
Contribute to development & execution of annual Marketing Plan.
Ongoing analysis of market opportunities and competition.
Represent company at industry events.
Manage projects to budget and deadlines.
