Marketing Assistant

The marketing coordinator is responsible for driving various marketing efforts with multiple marketing disciplines involving:
Trade Show Management
Public Relations
Management
Collateral Management: Maintain, organize and keep up-to-date all marketing and press materials; including, helping with editing and approvals for ads, brochures, news releases, alerts, fact sheets, style guides and other marketing and PR materials.
Web Site Content Management
Intranet Content Management
Support online marketing efforts such as search engine and email marketing; including updating key words, analyzing email marketing results, and following industry trends.
Manage administrative & organizational work to support marketing goals such as meeting coordination, processing invoices, mailings and other similar projects.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS: Specific experience with a majority following is a must:
2 years of experience in marketing.
Strong writing experience for press releases, collateral and web site.
Experience placing articles, a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to be self-motivated, reliable and detail oriented.
A good understanding of the Internet and search engines.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) . Additional experience with BCP/DR and Security Management is a plus.
A four year degree is required.
