Marketing Assistant

We offer a broad range of mortgage products designed to meet the needs of all borrowers.We have an immediate Marketing Assistant position available and currently seeking an assertive, results driven and enthusiastic candidate to join our Home123 Mortgage marketing team at our corporate offices in Irvine, CA.Qualified candidate should have previous experience (2-4 years minimum) in a direct to consumer marketing environment. Must be familiar with mortgage industry concepts, practices, and procedures with the ability to maintain, manage and grow partnerships with mortgage lead vendors. This individual will be part of a dynamic marketing team responsible for generating leads for a nationwide sales force with a large branch network.Responsibilities will also include:

Manage the reporting for the online media buying team and assist with organizing and maintaining various processes.

Manage and update marketing reports.

Assist with organizing and maintaining online media buying processes.

Coordinate and assist with all marketing activities.

Collaborate with marketing staff on new marketing ideas, programs, and products.

Manage check request process.
