Marketing Assistant

Chester Line Corporation is the leading manufacturer of women's apparel in US. We provide solutions for designing, merchandising, and manufacturing needs of women's apparel for companies of all types.

Chester Line Corp. has been established in 1999, our corporate office is located in Alhambra, CA. Our employees in the US consist of 30 well-achieved individuals, and we, also have over 1500 employees in China and Korea, including designers here in the US, as well as China.

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

* Set up and maintain files and provide material as requested
* Create reports, shipment forms, shop work sheets, order entry and correspondence
* Perform clerical and administrative support duties for Marketing department
* Assist and handle inquiries about products or services
* Perform administrative duties such as correspondence, label making and company mailers
* Other duties as directed by the Marketing Department

REQUIREMENTS


Job Qualification:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Word and Excel
* Must be organized, detail-oriented and responsible

* Strong interpersonal skills
