IMS is seeking an Account Manager to work on one of our Branded Merchandise/Warehouse accounts. This position will be based out of the Franklin, WI office.The Account Manager will be fully accountable for driving the flawless execution of projects across all areas of our client partnership, including client service, fulfillment, distribution and accounting. This position is responsible for client management.Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Ensure all IMS deliverables are met across projects
Maintain a proactive approach across all client and IMS contacts
Maintain disciplined, documented internal and external project management processesAdditional responsibilities will include seeking out new business opportunities with our current clients.*Please include salary requirements in cover letter or resume.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate would have 5-7 years of Account Management experience in advertising or marketing, proven client relationship & management skills, strong computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint), excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.The individual also needs to work well under pressure and have the ability to handle a variety of tasks independently and efficiently.
