Marketing Manager AdvertisementLandmark Recruiting has been retained to fill a Marketing Manager position for Owens Corning, an industry leading construction company in Seattle, WA. This individual will plan, direct, and execute strategic and tactical marketing efforts, for innovative product. This team leader will be responsible for utilizing the appropriate marketing techniques to create market demand and respond to customer needs, in order generate a consistent lead flow to be demonstrated. This person will be expected to understand and enforce the guidelines of national co-op programs, trademarks and copyrights, approval processes, and proper planning and tracking strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
•Manage and participate in the development and implementation goals, objective, policies, and priorities of all sales programs and activities
•Manage marketing mix to assure consistent lead flow
•Interact with the Corporate Operations Specialist on updated Sales, Public Relations, and Marketing techniques.
•Leverage Best Practices across the franchisee network
•Responsible for basic design and production project management
•Develop and track revenue and expense budget for marketing department
•Assure trademark and copyright accuracy
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience:
•Strong communication and computer skills a must
•A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field required
•Three to Seven Years in Direct Response Marketing, Sales, and/or Advertising
