Four years ago, we developed a training program for new graduates that takes advantage of your desire to learn and develop a challenging career, while teaching you our business and preparing our company for growth.You will begin your career at USPI as a Market Analyst, assisting our Development team in their market research and sales initiatives, while at the same time, gaining a strong understanding of the value we bring to our customers and future partners, and what it will take to maintain our pattern of success. You will have the opportunity to learn the organization both from within the Home Office in Addison, TX as well as out in the field, traveling to any of our almost 150 facilities across the U.S.After one year, you will begin a year-long venture into one of our facilities, where you will have the opportunity to train under one of our outstanding ASC or Surgical Hospital Administrators. You will assist with special projects, while also spending ample time in each area of the facility learning the intricate details of our operations and what we do to Every Day Give Excellence to our patients, our physicians and their staffs, and our employees.This position is an entry level training role with a wealth of opportunity in a growing company.
