In this role, the chosen candidate will manage the recruitment, development, assignment, recognition and supervision of Hospice and Home Health volunteers and volunteer programs. Key functions will include developing new volunteer programs based on community need assessments, including community education regarding Hospice and Home Health care, fundraising, and Public Relations and Volunteer programs to represent Citrus Valley Hospice in the community, establish community partnerships for volunteer services and assist with fundraising activities for end-of-life services.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and experience in a healthcare or hospice/home health setting. Should be experienced in coordinating/supervising group activities, public speaking and providing end-of-life care. Requires CPR and current CA Driver’s License.
