The Marketing Manager is an integral part of the management team in both the marketing organization and the Commercial Services business unit/Energy segment. Professionals in this role will work closely with the Regional EVP, SVP’s and MD’s in the business to drive effective marketing programs and create strategies for advancing the firm’s business in the marketplace. They must have extensive experience in demand creation, differentiation & market positioning, internal and external communications. Those candidates with global marketing and/or product marketing are strongly desired.Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Manage a budget exceeding $4m
Ø Manage teams of greater than 10 professionals (direct & indirect)
Ø Responsible for a major functional area of the marketing business that has a significant impact in driving business results
Ø Maintains successful and influential relationships and value with the EVP’s and SVP’s of the business
Ø Leverage P/R, A/R, Solutions, Alliance, Creative Design, Advertising, Communications, Internet Marketing and all marketing capabilities through industry or international teams
Ø Accountable for reports and metrics for vertical area
Ø Deliver comprehensive marketing programs on-time and within budgetBasic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required, Advanced degree preferred

10 + years experience in related field

5+ years management experience required

Mastery (5+ yrs) - Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and WordPreferred Qualifications:

Project management and implementation skills

Must be able to establish influential partnerships at assigned levels

Must be able to adapt and support functional strategies

Strong analytical, communication, organizational, presentation and leadership skills
