We sell educational, healthcare and recognition products and publications to the healthcare, school and corporate/government markets. Marketing Research Assistants and Associates are responsible for researching assigned campaigns including conducting mail surveys, Internet research, competitor reviews, and more. Conducting occasional phone interviews with customers is optional but a big plus, as is attending focus groups with our customers or potential customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience with the following software: Word Processing; Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software; Email; Internet. Must type at least 45 wpm. Must write clearly and concisely. Must be comfortable with writing extensive reports. Applicants will succeed if they have a good sense of curiosity and enthusiasm.
