Job Description and Requirements:
Adenna, voted one of Inc. magazine’s fastest growing multi-million dollar companies, is offering to the right candidate a professional career opportunity maintaining and growing large, sophisticated key accounts (large OEMS and distributors with multiple layers of decision makers representing over $12 million annually). Please note, 85% inside – 15% travel.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for:
•Negotiating contracts and rebates
•Implementing promotions and spiffs
•Enlarging sales within accounts
•Resolving major issues
•Attending trade shows and conferences
•Introducing new products
•15% travel servicing accounts
Candidate requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates MUST have a minimum of five years account management/customer service experience handling large, complex OEM’s or large distributors.
This position requires 15% travel.
Compensation:
• Competitive base salary plus commission incentive first year estimate $75 – 90K
• Marketing support provided
• Comprehensive training to insure success

Job Requirements:
•Minimum five years experience handling large, complex OEM’s and distributor accounts
•Must be motivated, with a passion to succeed
•Must have professional presentation skills

•Must have excellent communication and computer skills, integrity, and an excellent work ethic
•No relocation offered.
