International Marcom Coordinator

International Marcom Coordinator (6 month temp position) Job Description (DOE M-F 9-5)Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide internal support and prepare web/marcom report (e.g. web traffic, leads, inbounds report, ad, etc)Assist in managing and tracking search engine marketing results (e.g. Google).Submit web requests and maintain branches websites information.Maintain marketing demos tracking and communication to branches.Submit check requests and other related marketing demo support servicesCoordinate webcast eventsAssist in liasion with branches and internal web/marcom teamsAssist in managing PR report for the regionAssist creating web pages with using databaseAssist developing direct mails, letters that being used for marketing activitiesAssist coordinating project with working with the region/NIC corporateAssist Magazine ClippingAssist various reporting
REQUIREMENTS
This position prefers a minimum of 1-3 years prior office experience performing web/marcom administrative duties, preferably within marketing or sales team.Candidates must possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organization, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.Must also be highly proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint software.Previous experience in web marketing preferred.Knowledge of Asian languages (Chinese, Korea, or Japanese is a plus).
