Inside Sales Representative

Our Concord client is a very successful fast paced technology company that serves as a distributor of complex assistive technology to the blind and vision-impaired communities. Their products enable individuals to manage work-related tasks as well as effectively transition into difficult lifestyle changes.

This companies target market includes facilities serving individuals ie ophtholmelogists, senior living communities etc., government agencies, schools and libraries.

They have an immediate need for a F/T INSIDE Sales Representative. This is a new position with a great opportunity to be a star. Your chief responsibility is to grow and generate leads in various territories through telemarketing activities.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Excute high volume of outbound calls
2. Educate prospects on products
3. Generate leads, upsell and mining existing data base.
4. Prepare monthly activity report(s).
5. Track and coordinate all inbound inquiries
6. Establish new accounts
7. Maintain and update customerand sales cycle information.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Min 1 year of successful generation of leads and qualifying
potential customers, preferable for a technology company.

2. BS/BA desirable

3. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

4. Proven tele-sales experience in complex product enviornment

5. Great a multi-tasking, goal setting and meet deadlines
