The IJL Director is a highly motivated team player, detail oriented and an independent thinker who has the experience and ability to provide client counsel. Top candidates for this position will be confident, organized, and enthusiastic about our unique concept!
REQUIREMENTS
Requirments:

Achieve monthly revenue and sales objectives
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong telephone and client communication skills.
Minimum of 2 + 3 years of inside sales experience with consultative selling skills.
Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
Interpersonal skills – comfortable interacting with media and other public relations.
A positive personality -- energetic, organized and motivated with tactful, skilled persistence.
Self motivated and have the ability to work without close supervision.
Possess outstanding written and verbal skills, and comfort in dealing with upscale and professional clientele.


Salary + Bonus + Benefits = $60,000 to $80,000 first year!
