Account Management Responsibilities:
•Pro-actively enlarging sales from existing customers
•Promoting new product lines
•Handling issues or problems with customer orders
•Receiving all calls and inquiries from customers regarding sales or service issues
•Acting as primary liaison from the time of the sale to complete delivery

Candidate requirements: To be considered for this position, candidates MUST have a minimum of five years inside sales account management/customer service experience maintaining and growing business for distributors and OEM’s.

Ideal Candidate:
•Minimum education: 2 years college
•5+ years experience servicing and selling distributors and OEM’s
•Motivated, with a passion to succeed
•Ability to work independently
•Must have excellent communication skills
•Must have proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, contact management
•Must meet Adenna value guidelines – high integrity, and an excellent work ethic
•10% travel servicing accounts on East Coast
•No relocation offered.
