This person will be responsible for identifying and defining needs of a client, recruitment strategies, and developing candidates from cold calling to acceptance. Additional activities include researching, analysis, screening, interviewing, conducting reference/background checks, visiting client sites, etc. This is a sales business where you must be able to make a large amount of phone calls, track information within a database, and build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. We are looking for a professional candidate that is excited to work with our supportive and expanding company!
Qualifications: Those who are successful in this role typically possess business to business sales experience, and/or a combination of recruiting/sales exp, in addition to excellent communication skills, professional presence, and strong people skills. We seek out candidates who are extroverted, self motivated, possess a competitive drive and strong work ethic. This position will require some traveling within/out of state up to 3-5 days per month. Microsoft Word, Excel and strong Internet skills are a must!Education: 2-4 year business related degree is required.
Hours: Approximately 45-50 hours per week, M-F.

This is a temp to hire position for a person to develop new contacts and call on current clients to receive new orders. This position entails a lot of phone work for an industrial type of company. He/she will also enter all comments and follow up into the ACT database and may also work on specific projects as they come up. This position could grow into an outside sales position with commission structure as well. They would be willing to train candidate to advance into outside sales once they learned about filters, applications, etc.Qualifications: Previous Business to business sales experience is required.
