Farmers Markets/Festival Sales Manager

Corn Maiden is a top food manufacturer of gourmet tamales, flautas, empanadas, burritos, enchiladas, & quesadillas. Our primary base is grocery store chains, catalogs, restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals & catering companies.

We are looking for an energetic person to oversee, manage and grow our ever changing farmers market/festival division of the company.

Our ideal candidate is self motivated, ambitious and driven to succeed. Should have strong communication skills w/ ability to build a strong team environment.
REQUIREMENTS
•Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
•Ensure that all customers are provided with exceptional service
•Manage 12-15 farmers markets employees: train & review staff performance.
•Must be self-motivated, organized, & multi-task oriented
•Sales & management skills preferred
•Computer proficient, esp. excel & word
•Attend/participate in weekly management meetings
•Flexible & willing to commute to different sites (So Cal area only)
•Must posses valid drivers license (good driving record)
•Excellent oral & written communication skills
•Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
•Propose, present, & discuss new ideas or solutions with other decision-makers
•Must be honest, reliable, responsible & trustworthy
•Inventory control & cash monitoring
•Sales reports
•Oversee complete operation of 15 farmers markets & festivals a week
