Jojola Solutions, Inc. is a Salt Lake City based firm that specializes in direct response cause related advertising and proudly services over 700 clients each year. We consult in 12 U.S. markets helping train and develop a network of ideas and creativity that has lead our cause related ad concepts division into the largest of its kind in the country. Job Description

Our cause related ad campaigns are full service from conception to print to market. Positions then include:

Inventory

Sales & Marketing

Customer Service

Public Relations (both cause and client related)

Administration & Relative Accounting

Management (account, mid and upper level).

Specific Developmental Activities:

Each new member of our team participates in eight weeks of management training classes done in on-site classrooms during the course of the normal workday. Course content revolves around development of personal skills, leadership attributes, business ethics, goal setting, training and motivating, problem solving and team management.

Ideal candidate must be able to work in a team oriented job environment en route to becoming an integral part of our winning team.

Strong student mentality (trainable)

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Qualifications usually stress requisite personal qualities over academic qualifications, although academic preparation would obviously enhance your candidacy and could include marketing, advertising, business management / administration, and communications degrees.
