E-Business Coordinator

Superstition Harley-Davidson is looking for a highly enthusiastic candidate that will develop Web/Internet based retail strategies consistent with the goals and objectives of the company. This position will be directly supervised by the Marketing Manager and will work to see key results in:


Planning, developing, and implementing all Internet based retail strategies.
Coordinating all Internet activities with corporate Marketing activities to ensure consistency and support of all advertising promotions and sales goals.Assist with all aspects of activities planning, event coordination and execution.


Major Duties and Responsibilities:


1.Internet Based Retail Strategies
Coordinates the selection of products/services to be retailed via the Internet
Plans, develops, and maintains web based content.
Designs high quality, attractive and user friendly web pages.
Does web-site maintenance and content changes on a daily basis.
Composes and delivers e-communications between dealership and customers.
Coordinates and posts merchandise for sale via Internet.
Notifies electronic publications/web-sites of upcoming events.
Communicates with Web hosting to assure compliance with H-D Motor Company rules.
Continually looks for improvements and upgrades to site, and is aware of all services/features supplied by Web host.


2. Marketing
Take direction from Marketing Manager to coordinate and implement all sales promotions.
Assist Marketing Manager with all aspects of activity planning, event coordination and execution.
Design, and oversee production of, all dealership promotional materials, either printed or electronic media.
Communicate project status on regular basis.
Create and maintain a positive image for dealership in the community.
Monitors and analyzes promotion results to determine effectiveness and improvement.


3. Customer Service
Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
Handle personal, telephone, and Internet transactions quickly, and courteously.
Handle customer concerns reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude. REQUIREMENTS
Must have approachable, likable personality
Web development skills including HTML and various encoding knowledge required
Web graphics programs proficiency, COREL, ILLUSTRATORADOBE Illustrator and PHOTOSHOP proficiency required
Education in E-Commerce preferred
Excellent Internet development skills required
Excellent communication skills necessary
Knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson
motorcycles, and related products sold by the dealership, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
