Director of Online Marketing

Job Summary:

Meet overall online marketing goals through developing and implementing online direct marketing strategy and consumer acquisition efforts across a number of service categories from initial strategy through detail execution.

Responsibilities:

•Research, design and direct best-in-class new media consumer acquisition techniques through online and email marketing
•Spearhead, implement, and manage short and long-term marketing plans within budget and ROI targets
•Research, develop and maximize mutually beneficial online affinity partnerships
•Design and implement programs to target and acquire high value customers
•Develop metrics to continually evaluate and improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns and partnerships
•Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing programs and provide management reports and insights as needed
•Maintain strong relationships with media companies & vendors; constantly review the marketplace for new online opportunities
•Recommend, negotiate, manage, and optimize a variety of online marketing programs including search, affiliate marketing, and partnerships
•Optimize the online customer experience and maximize the conversion of visitors into sales
•Effectively manage external relationships and build strong internal partnerships across various business units
•Work with design and development teams to develop e-commerce, online content, layout, and design of websites for new content and functionality enhancements.
•Conduct and present performance and competitive analyses
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

•BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration education; or equivalent experience is required
•Demonstrated ability to produce significant revenue results through spearheading and managing online and email direct marketing initiatives
•Prior success developing and maximizing partnership opportunities
•Clear understanding of new technology and commitment to staying current on industry trends
•Experience managing large marketing budgets and delivering results within budget
•Exposure to delivering presentations to executive management
•Strong quantitative skills with significant knowledge of utilizing online marketing metrics and analysis tools
