JOB SUMMARY:
Brings new services to RediClinic convenient care clinics to drive business growth and results. This position will be the primary driver of innovation, idea validation, offering development, and commercialization within the company. Analysis of industry trends and consumer research will be a critical part of the position to drive the strategy and plans. Development of the pricing strategy and plans for RediClinic will be a key responsibility of the position. The Director of Marketing will build relationships and negotiate with outside partners to develop new service and products for RediClinic.Management and rationalization of the existing product, services and pricing strategy and plans will be a responsibility as well.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Service innovation

Current service offering management
Pricing strategy, plans and deploymentPerforms other related duties as assigned. This position requires a minimum of 10% travel/year.AUTONOMY: Research plan for innovation of new products and services.
Partner selection and negotiation for new service offerings.
Executional plan for new service roll-out.
Pricing deployment plan.
REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: New product/service innovation experience ideally in a pharmaceutical company or medical/healthcare environment.Candidate will need at least 10 years of innovation/marketing experience with 4 year college degree, (at least 6 years with MBA).Critical skills include consumer research, new product innovation, product line analysis and rationalization, financial analysis, partner development and negotiation, product launch strategy and planning, and pricing strategy, plans and deployment.
