JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and managing a diverse range of marketing/communications projects to support growth of the existing Medical Services business, and supports the launch of newly developed service offerings that expand business. This person must have the core ability to conceive, develop and test new marketing ideas with the goal of rolling out new methods and campaigns that yield positive results. Exposure to senior management and affiliated physicians is high. Aspects of this role include, but are not limited to, being an internal divisional expert on marketing strategies & tactics, , managing external marketing agencies, development of original promotional creative and messaging, and ROI analysis related to these marketing initiatives. Proficiency in analysis and use of empirical data to make strategic decisions is a must.

Requirements:


Seven plus years of experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare service or product environment . Knowledge of the Dialysis industry dynamics and structure. Experienced writer, project manager, familiar with vendors of various marketing services, and their processes. Must be computer literate in Microsoft office suite. Effective communication skills both verbal and written needed.


EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management or advanced Degree in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
