Director of Marketing

Physician Associates of the Greater San Gabriel Valley is looking for a dynamic managed care professional to direct the business planning, marketing, and communication activities for this 135,000 member IPA. Development of marketing/advertising plans and budgets, design of innovative marketing materials, and implementation of marketing strategies and tactical elements to promote PA’s business initiatives are some of the key priorities for this position. This position will be supported by several marketing staff who will support efforts to drive membership retention and growth and community involvement.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified individuals will have experience with Medicare HMO sales and marketing and knowledge of the Medi/Medi product line. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills combined with a thorough knowledge of managed care, sales and marketing, and business planning. A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with a minimum of 5 years experience in a managed care environment in a supervisory role.
