This opportunity will be a rewarding challenge for the right person with a familiarity of the workers’ compensation claims handling process. A strong background and network relationships within the industry will virtually guarantee your success. This is a salary plus commission and bonus position. You will be based out of our Fountain Valley office. You will need to development and execute a comprehensive marketing plan and create accountability for client service and new business development amongst the Sales Force reporting directly to the President. You will need to development new and enhance existing business relationships

Director of Client Services - Compensation
A luxury company car or vehicle allowance, expense account and six figure compensation awaits the right candidate. Compensation package is designed to achieve a realistic $100k+ in annual earnings.

REQUIREMENTS
Director of Client Services - Sales and Marketing
Minimum five (5) years working experience within the investigative, sales or insurance industries with an emphasis on the Workers’ Compensation claims process.
Four (4) year college degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to organize and plan complex tasks - development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy a plus.
An established reputation or network of clients/peers within the Workers’ Compensation field and/or membership in various professional trade associations.
