Director, Internet Marketing
Business Unit: NBC UniversalFunction: MarketingResponsibilities: The Director, Internet Marketing leads a team to create, execute, manage and track all park-specific online marketing and advertising programs, including new content creation and email marketing, to achieve business and financial objectives.Responsibilities:
Directs initiatives from inception to post-program analysis, including:program conception, creative development, website page construction, campaign tracking and creative testing, and program optimization
Partners with Ecommerce Mgr to ensure that marketing and ecommerce program components are coordinated and remain in synch at all times
Partners with other depts, including Creative Services, Operations, and Entertainment, to Oversee the development of new content for and ongoing maintenance of the www.UniversalStudiosHollywood.com website and related micro-sites
Partners with web producer and programmers to implement website updates and new content additions
Stays current on all website content management, online marketing trends, industry developments and online and mobile technology, and uses this knowledge to make strategic recommendations about content development and advertising opportunities
Leads effort to plan and develop websites and web pages for various depts within USH
Provides strategic guidance to USH's Partner Promotions team in the development of online components of partner promotion opportunities
Identifies and develops opportunities to create online synergy programs with other NBC Universal divisions,such as co-branded online sweepstakes and cross-promotion
Manages Internet Marketing Manager and Internet Coordinator
Provides mentorship, leadership, motivation and career development opportunities for direct reports
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required
Minimum 6 Years in online marketing management with strategic emphasis experience required
Strong knowledge of, and passionate interest in, Internet (and mobile) technology, usability theory & best practices, and interface design is required
Required proficiency in Windows Operating system, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, HTMLEligibility Requirements:

Experience with consumer-direct copywriting and e-commerce is preferred
Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio
