Director Global Marketing Communications

Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: MarketingResponsibilities: Leading the global marcom function across Monitoring Solutions (Product Lines and the regions) as well as represent, support and leverage Clinical Systems and the global GEHC marketing team.
Interface with global leaders to translate their objectives into marcomm strategies.
Lead and execute, with the global marcomm team, promotional programs and product introductions.
Manage implementation of programs (advertising, sales collaterals, multi-media, web, exhibits, etc.) through internal and external creative resources/vendors.
Ensure cross-business integration is considered for all communications programs developed and adhere to corporate brand/identity standards.
Continually evaluate communications processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools designed for both the market and sales force.
Develop a strong global understanding of the sales and communications process as well as customer needs to ensure the global needs of the business are addressed in all communications programs.
Create MS brand architecture, identity, and messaging/positioning platform that is leverageable by the regions.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: -BS/BA in Communications, Marketing or related field
7+ years of marketing or communications experience
Proven track record of delivery to tight budgets and deadlines
Established project and vendor management skills
Strong interpersonal skills-demonstrated teamwork skills
Excellent communication & creative thinking skills
Customer oriented
Demonstrated GE leadership valuesDesired: -MA or MBA
