Direct Mail Marketing Manager

Develops and executes marketing plans for each regional initiative. Provides consultative support in developing marketing and adoption strategies for initiatives. Ensures the direct mail marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy. Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources. Manages vendor and agency relationships and ensures deliverables are met. Develops marketing plan template/tools to leverage across business units. Provides marketing representation on enterprise-wide initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) and five years of related direct response experience or equivalent education and experience required. Must have expertise in direct mail strategy formulation and an understanding of marketplace trends. Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, analytic, creative and project management skills required. Healthcare or insurance experience a plus.
