Corporate Marketing Director

Corporate Marketing Director opportunity available at Morningside Minisries, a well respected San Antonio Senior Living organization.

Candidate will lead several community sales and marketing teams and must be capable of training community team members on direct sales to prospective residents, possess skills to conduct sales presentations and sales meetings and will be responsible for oversight and reporting of all sales and marketing functions in the organization. Must be able to see the big picture while focusing on the details that make a difference in performance.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated to achieve high goals. Prior experience in sales and marketing for CCRC’s is very important. Position includes salary with an excellent bonus structure and benefits plan.
