Campaign Operations CoordinatorPOSITION DESCRIPTION
The Campaign Operations Coordinator will be responsible for delivering, monitoring, and analyzing mobile advertising for merchants nationwide. You will work closely with other marketing team members to be the primary person responsible for managing the databases and executing campaigns that we offer to our clients.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Design, build, and maintain databases that capture data to quantify and statistically analyze consumer response and purchasing patterns as a result of marketing initiatives.
-Maintain up-to-date, accurate information for all databases; perform list pulls and be responsible for list management to support all campaigns.
-Provide timely & accurate data to track the success at the campaign & customer segment levels.
-Work closely with the marketing team to identify best practices and make recommendations for improving future campaigns.
-Work closely with cross-functional, internal project teams.QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a self-starter who is open to learning about mobile marketing. Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment where change and growth are continuous. Strong candidates will have:
-1-3 years of professional experience with email / ad serving campaign tools
-Understanding of web dynamics, loyalty programs, and consumer generated media.
-Comfort manipulating large data sets; excellent problem solving skills.
-Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, solid knowledge of Excel, HTML
-Versatility and energy required to work in a fast paced environment with a variety of technologies, diverse teams, and multiple concurrent projects
-A BA or BS from a leading university; marketing major is a plus.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
