CRM Administrative Specialist

To maintain application control data, and to ensure accuracy and integrity of the business applications and data used in CRM. Assist in new program development. Manage processes and generate required reports for sales, marketing or related programs. Provide full implementation and ongoing CRM support as needed. Levels I, II and III: 1. Ensure integrity of lead management database. • Ensure corrections are made to entries made by external users. • Educate users on correct usage of software. 2. Maintain internal database control tables. • Implement table changes as appropriate. • Set up new users. 3. Make appropriate database changes to support new program development. 4.Perform duties associated with marketing and/or incentive programs •Maintain necessary logs. •Research and resolve discrepancies. 5. Assist with data entry Level II 1. All elements of level I. 2. Maintain hospital database information and any additional database information as acquired •Conduct program to receive ongoing updates 3. Develop and deliver custom reports (along with mechanisms for their delivery) based on thorough knowledge of database models and schema 4. Serve as “User Contact” for outside user/customers. 5. Assist in training of new users. 6. Participate in software evaluation, testing, upgrades and enhancements. 7. Provide zip code logic reference material, reports and summaries Level III 1. All elements of level I, II. 2. Serve as primary trainer for new users
REQUIREMENTS
Education: I: A.A.S. Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field and 3 years experience in a database environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. II: A.A.S. Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field and 5 years experience in a database environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. III: B.S. Degree in Computer and Information Science or related field and 3 years experience in database environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills: •In-depth knowledge of databases and database protocols. •Strong problem solving and analytical skills. •Outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to work with a wide variety of users to capture program needs, to communicate database protocols and to deliver ongoing training on database usage. •Working knowledge of a medical device manufacturing business environment including markets, sales organization, sales process, products and distributor relationships. •Ability to effectively document processes.
