Brand Relationship Coordinator

• Drive department’s marketing strategies and programs to support key clients and International Offices from concept and design to execution, including but not limited to print collateral, email and supporting sales and training materials
•Drive necessary internal and externals approvals of all marketing related programs and collateral pieces for key clients through the Account Manager and respective ICE Marketing Manager for timely implementation
•Provide ongoing and accurate reporting to team of all marketing initiatives and activity within key accounts to successfully gauge the success of the program and/or partner.
•Drive the design and necessary approvals for monthly ICE UK member marketing campaigns, including print and email
•Coordinate with Yield and OurVacationStore to obtain cruise and resort offers required for monthly email campaigns for Resort Partners and ICE International offices
•Work with Account Managers and Training on communicating Resort marketing campaigns for internal implementation to the Sales teams
•Work closely with the Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure adequate inventory levels of all respective marketing and sales collateral
•Support the Training Department to ensure all resort training and sales materials include current program information and meet training needs•Work closely with Business Development and Client Services teams in preparation of all trade and industry events attended by ICE representatives, including but not limited to ARDA, OTE, ICE Conference at Sea, Inaugurals or ICE supplier events
•Support International Offices with marketing requests and initiatives as needed

•2+ years Marketing and/or Business experience, preferably in a fast-pacedcorporate environment
•Previous experience in face-to-face client relations and/or presenting
•Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
•Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and can work well and be productive in a fast-paced environment with limited direction and/or supervision
