Associate Client Director - Consumer Market Research

Client is a leading supplier of market research products for the consumer packaged goods industry. They are seeking an Associate Client Director to work on-site for a client located in the Fox Valley area. Client offers a complete benefit package including 401(k) and a signing bonus; minimal relocation benefits may be available for renters only. Job responsibilities include:

·Develop and oversee successful implementation of client account plan for assigned account.
·Responsible for achieving high levels of client satisfaction, profitable revenue, and for building/managing client team(s)
·Develop SWOT analysis for company and client
·Ensure content of annual presentations to client senior management includes a summary of total value realized by client
·Foster relationships at all levels and functions of client organization (sales, marketing, finance, IS, promotions, etc.)
·Ensure high levels of client satisfaction are maintained
·Contribute to top-to-top meetings, integrating all appropriate capabilities
·Present new product development ideas and discussed co-development partnership opportunities with client(s)
·Develop service gap analysis for each client to identify areas of opportunity for incremental revenue
·Participate in development of P&L and prepare presentations to contract review board
·Develop and execute client sales plan based on strategic initiatives
·Ensure job requirements are clearly defined for each position
REQUIREMENTS
The following requirements must be met to be considered for the position:

·BS/BA; Master’s Degree preferred
·5-7 years CPG client service experience
·Experience supervising 3-5 lower-level associates
·Experience with ACNielsen, Spectra, Market Decisions, NetRatings, Nielsen Media (including Homescan and Knowledgeworks)
·Experience managing business(es) of +$1MM
