USAA is currently seeking a talented Assistant Brand Manager for our San Antonio, TX location.

As an Assistant Brand Manager for USAA, you will be responsible for building and maintaining brand equity with members using a variety of marketing vehicles. In this role, you will develop & execute marketing plans for USAA products and services based on research and analysis. You will lead the development of marketing tactics across multiple channels, identify issues related to emerging customer and market needs as well as recommend appropriate solutions.

Qualified candidates need to possess:
Bachelor's degree.
3 years of marketing experience.
Ability to lead a cross-functional team as a subject matter expert within their particular line of business.
Proven ability to quickly analyze a situation and recommend effective plans and course of action.
Ability to consistently provide leadership and expertise to enterprise and/or business unit leaders.
Ability to interact with multiple levels of management and work in a highly collaborative environment.
Preferred experience includes:
Brand management experience in a financial services/consumer packaged goods company.
Advanced degree.
