ApplicationsRegional Manager-Liquid Filtration

Liquid Filtration company is seeking an ApplicationRegional Manager for a division that they have that services the chemical processing, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, paint & coatings, industrial, water, metal finishing, electronics, polymer and power generation industries.They are seeking an individual who has extensive experience in the liquid filtration industry. Territory will include midwest and west coast and will work extensively with distributors.
Ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and introduce new applications for liquid filter products to the above mentioned industries. This will include but not be limited to negotiations with customers on design product specification and membrane selection, pricing, and providing application support.
The candidate they are seeking must have the potential to move into a more responsible position within the corporation.
REQUIREMENTS
1.8+ years of experience in senior level sales management in industrial liquid filtration
2.Demonstrated track record of strong performance in a sales leadership role
3.Experience in scaling an organization for rapid growth
4.Solid understanding of technology products and/or services
5.History of building successful relationships based on superior customer service
6.Experience in an environment that requires strong customer orientation/relationships, however, maintains ability to make strong business decisions to benefit of the company
7.Experience in working with both short and extended sales cycles
8.Strategic, process oriented approach to sales management
