Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: MarketingResponsibilities: *Provide clinical, competitive and market based training and training material to support the US sales team and keep them informed of changing market conditions.
Proactively identify inventory abnormalities where product delivery may impact customer satisfaction and sales performance. Take an active role in determining revenue forecasting and directing product promotion and product focus to positively impact sales performance.
Participate in the RFP process as required to facilitate and promote inclusion of GE products in purchasing agreements as requested.
Utilize the reporting tools (Support Central) to evaluate potential problems and opportunities. Identify significant changes in ASP's and discounting from list price. Review and recognize purchasing irregularities by individual customer and by product and provide strategic options to grow the business.
Work closely with the sales organization to clinically support GE Healthcare customers in post-sale situations.
Recognize and exploit opportunities to bundle oximetry products with other accessories and capital equipment to increase revenue and to grow the installed base. Develop programs that incentivize the sales team as well as our customers to maximize the utilization of GE supplies and accessories.
Assist the service organization in determining if equipment problems are clinical or technical in nature and communicating this to the proper parties.
Support the Pole in identifying customer needs through "Voice of the Customer" and communicating markets needs in a quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Actively participate in regional sales meetings to update sales personnel on product and application issues. Support all relevant professional trade meetings/shows~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: *Bachelor's Degree, equivalent military education or Associates Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience of Marketing and product management, or a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 10 years experience in marketing and product management.
Candidate must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example: verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background.
Willingness to take a drug test
Willingness to travel 30%
Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Excellent communication, analytical and clinical background skills.Desired: *Masters in Business Administration
Respiratory Therapist, Anesthesia Tech or Registered Nurse
Clinical Experience with Anesthesia or Respiratory products
Marketing Experience Working with Supplies and Accessories
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner
