EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/MARKETING ASSISTANT -
Be the right-hand man or woman to our CEO. Do everything from... checking email, communicating with clients, PR/Marketing projects, research projects nationally (and globally!), admin tasks, scheduling, travel arrangements, manage vendors for office services, office management, supply inventory and ordering, organization/filing, expense reporting, recruiting, web positioning maintenance, sales lead qualification, program performance tracking/reporting, run errands & personal assistant tasks... and more! Trustworthiness is an absolute must (background check required). A level head and willingness to complete just about any task is essential. The ideal candidate has demonstrated diligence with an unflappable attitude.
