Account Director

The Account Director works with the Sales Executives from an overall Account Management perspective to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction within key Industry Vertical accounts in the Rockies territory. This will include maintaining constant, cordial and vigilant contact with customers to ensure that every possible lead has been exploited to derive maximum customer and CA benefit. In addition, the Account Director is responsible for working collaboratively with Customer Advocacy, Pre-sales and Post-sales organizations to aide in the leveraging of CA products.Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years software or technology based sales experience, with an ability to meet and/or exceed pre-defined multi-million dollar sales quotas. Demonstrated thorough knowledge and understanding of multiple platforms in correlation with business solutions is required. Candidates must have the ability to discuss business needs with executive management. Strong Account Management experience leveraging senior level contacts within the Finance, Insurance, Health or Retail industry vertical is preferred.It's an exciting time at CA.
