Warehouse Manager- Sheboygan, WI

The Warehouse Manager will be involved in the planning of shipping and logistics objectives and will be responsible for the execution of these and related activities to meet and exceed company and facility goals in four strategic initiatives (Building Leaders; Product Superiority, Brand Dominance and Highest Impact on Customer Success). This position will be coached by the Business Leader, and will coach and develop Team Leaders, as well as drive execution of business results.

REQUIREMENTS
What You Bring To The Job:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in leadership/supervisory role
Experience in a shipping/logistics operations is required
Advanced Degree (beyond high school) is required
Experience in the food industry preferred, but not required
Demonstrated communication and listening skills and ability
Demonstrated ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example and also involve others in the decision making process (team player)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible by adjusting priorities
Act as a “change agent”
Ability to innovate
In order to enhance growth and flexibility within our facility the ability to rotate shifts and departments will be required
