Tool and Die Assistant

Leading Manufacturing company of HVAC products is seeking a Tool & Die (Assistant)

Full-time, Temp to hire position in Vacaville.

Assists in maintenance of punch press dies.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Must have prior training and experience using grinding, drill press, lathe, milling machinery.


Must be able to using precision measuring equipment and tools.


Must be able to work well and communicate with others (Spanish a plus).


Must be capable of following instructions.


Must be available to work overtime and/or swing shift, when required.

Experience with tools and dies is required.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITY

Obey and understand all safety rules.

Service, inspect, clean, and report punch press die issues.

Set up equipment safely and in an efficient manner.

Keep work area clean and tidy.

When required, will perform other duties in the plant.

Pay is $13-$16 per hour. DOE

Temp to hire. Excellent benefits upon full-time hire. Day shift hours, 6-2:30pm.
