Pilgrim's Pride is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for our Production Planning Department in Pittsburg, TX. This position will help maximize the overall flow, to specialize in all aspects of raw material handling, production, optimization and to verify delivery of raw products throughout our fresh and prepared foods facilities. This position will specialize to a detailed level all aspects of raw material opportunities.

1. Analyze raw material logistics.
2. Analyze upgrade opportunities on a plant by plant basis.
3. Raw material specification specialist.
4. Sample requests and tracking
5. Report generation and analysis for entire raw production department.
6. Specific trim and tender optimizer.
7. Involvement in the determination of sizing equipment.
8. Raw Material Sku Rationalization
REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of previous experience
2. Plant experience (Debone/QA/ Marination) will be a significant advantage for the development of this position.
3. Strong analytical skills are required as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
4. A strong computer background is essential as well as a proficiency with the following programs: SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word,
5. The ability to work closely with plant management and logistics personnel is vital.
6. Cross-functional knowledge of the company and the industry is important.
7. This position requires the ability to perform many tasks at the same time and pull data and information from multiple sources and present the data in a timely and useful manner.
8. Will need the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with varying levels of intensity.
9. Creativity and "out of the box thinking~ a plus.

Education:

Requires broad knowledge in a professional or technical field. Knowledge acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor~&tm;s degree.
