Shift Supervisor

Purpose: Aerotek is looking for a Production Supervisor for a High End Health and Wellness Vitamin and Supplement located in Gig Harbor. A qualified candidate would have 3-5 years experience in a production environment supervising up to 35 people. This would be a 2nd shift position that would be from 2:30pm-11:30 pm M-F. There maybe some overtime so this candidate must be flexable. Must be able to pass a 5 year background check and also pass a drug test. A valid state drivers license is also preferred since this position in NOT on the busline. We are only accepting candidates that ARE LOCAL to the Washington area. High School Diploma or equivalent
- Vocational training in supervisory skills
- 3-5 years supervisory/lead or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the manufacturing process flow
- Minimum of 5 years experience in production environment
- Familiar with writing, revising, and implementing SOPs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a multi-tasked environment
- Ability to anticipate problems and troubleshoot

45,000 Year
