SMT Inspector

We currently have positions available for QA/QC Inspectors to perform incoming, in-process and final inspection related to manufacturing PCB’s. Incoming inspection includes using company specifications, data sheets, and blueprints to insure that all parts from vendors meet quality requirements. In-process inspection of PCB’s includes component verification, solderability, first article and finished goods inspection. These positions may require the use of microscopes, calipers and other measurement tools, ohm meters, and small hand tools. Duties may also include some rework or assembly work.
REQUIREMENTS
All positions require at least 2 years of experience in PCB inspection (through-hole, SMT, and/or mixed), familiarity with IPC 610, and good communication skills. You should be familiar with component size and ID’s, and be able to use setup sheets and BOM’s. We have Day and Swing Shift positions available.
